"Everyone there was very polite and professional to me. Everything from what they tool they were using to what numbers I had to pay was explained to me in a way I could understand without making me feel stupid. They had multiple payment options and I was able to not only get in for my check up but I was able to start my treatment plan the same day so I don’t have to take as much time off of work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my teeth needed it."

"Not a great overall experience. Took my teen in for wisdom teeth issues. Asked for a detailed estimate and got so much pushback from the financial advisor. She was absolutely adamant that I did not need to know the detailed breakdown but also adamant that if I didn’t pay nearly 1 grand in the next 3 weeks, my kid’s teeth would shift. She said that their surgeon was available that day but may not come back for another 1-2 months. When I called her out for that, she literally said that she was not giving dental advice but just “making friendly conversation.” At the dentist office… with my kid who now thinks the person with expertise (which she says she does not have) said the teeth would shift and braces will be needed again. The office rep apparently doesn’t have any expertise in the field but has enough in her own mind to turn a teenager inside out. Never ever again will we set foot here."

"I'm giving Aspen Dental one star because it would not let me give zero stars. You should think long and hard about your options before you walk through their door. I scheduled an appointment here because it looked like the only option under my new dental plan. The front desk staff were pleasant and the wait was not long. Next were more x-rays than I have ever received at a dental appointment, then came a 45 minute wait in a dental chair, followed by a "hygienist" telling me I had terrible gum disease and would need a "descaling and root scrape". This was followed by the "dentist" telling me my lost filling (which I knew about) would require a root canal and crown. I was then lead to the financial person who informed me no work, not even a cleaning, could be completed until the descaling and root scrape were completed. I walked out and called my insurance where I found out there was a misunderstanding and my regular dentist was covered under the plan. I saw them a week later and found out I do not have gum disease, and I do not need a root canal and crown, the filling can be replaced. Do. Not. Ever. There are far better options that will put your health before their bottom line."
