"Well oiled machine! All business! He has a service he does and does exceptionally well!! I was a little hesitant because I gravitate to warm and fuzzy. (Warm and fuzzy led me to needing his expertise) My second visit for the correction of my bad root canal... We briefly connected on having 13 year olds which made him relatable! Got a million numbing shots that were a little rough that he acknowledged and was empathetic! But, let's be honest. . . It was worth NOT feeling a thing during the actual procedure. . Super grateful! My only thing was getting the consent to sign after I was numbed up. .lol. Nothing you wouldn't hear on the initial root canal. (and that is probably a disservice from my regular dentist). .He is just transparent and I respect it! Thanks again!"
