"We had made an appointment a few weeks ago for today but on Friday we lost my cousin unexpectedly and her funeral was today. As they aren’t open over the weekend I called as soon as they opened this morning to reschedule. The lady who answered basically was like sorry it will be months before we can get you back in and made it feel like we were not welcome back at all. Wouldn’t let us reschedule and said she would look at her openings and get back to us (her tone said differently). She was so rude and I work in healthcare as a nurse and would never make someone feel bad about having to reschedule because they lost their family member. I’m so sorry my cousin took her own life and that wasn’t pencilled in our books to schedule our cleanings around that we had to call you to get a new appointment. Next time a family member is thinking about it I’ll make sure to ask them if they could rearrange their schedule so it doesn’t interfere with my dentist appointment because god forbid they’re remotely understanding. Would NOT recommend this place and will be spreading the word on how absolutely rude she was. Plenty of places to go in Elkhorn and would never give this place a penny of my business. My recommendation for this place is to get a new secretary. If this was my husbands secretary at his business I’d have fired her in a heartbeat if she ever treated a customer this way."

"Dr. Segrist is very good! He's fast & I hardly ever feel it when he numbs my mouth. He explains everything he does and he works with what you can afford to do. He never pushes for extra or the more expensive options. I've been going to him for over 10 years. I won't go to anyone else."
