"If you know a mechanic with a rusty wrench, I suggest you give him or her a call first. Dr. F (not a coincidence) managed to turn a simple cleaning appointment into the worst dental experience of my life. Her office charges a $50 48-hour cancelation/rescheduling penalty. Let that sink in for a moment. Sick child? $50. Work emergency? $50. If your car explodes on the way to her office thereby destroying every last one of your teeth and rendering her services moot. $50. And if you're having problems finding her office, don't bother looking for a marquee--there isn't one (which in hindsight is actually to your benefit because there is a slim possibility that you might never find the office in the first place). There are many spectacular dentists in Omaha. Dr. F is not one of them."

"Dr Ferguson has no post op care and compassion for her patients. At no time during my post wisdom tooth extraction experience did Dr Ferguson ever request to see me to assess the area to make sure everything was okay, I had to practically beg them to look at it. (I had extreme pain, which I made the office aware of on multiple occasions, then wound up getting an infection). I was told by the staff, Dr Ferguson does not "pack" the tooth area, which may need to be done daily to keep the patient comfortable while the area heals. (I learned from others packing the tooth also helps give the patient relief until the antibiotics kick in, which can take 2-3 days.) Dr Ferguson also does not provide you with the special syringe needed to help keep the area clean, I was instructed to gently rinse. (I learned from others this tool is helpful to rinse away any debris that gets caught in the extraction hole). All I was given was a couple gauze squares. My tooth broke when Dr Ferguson was pulling it out, she could have better prepared me for the pain I would be in later, given I was still numb when I left the office, I had no idea what to expect for pain, but my swollen and bruised jaw should have been a good indicator. The Dr should have also completed an x-ray to ensure nothing was left behind. Now, a month later, I have a bone chip or piece of tooth working its way out. They are good at cleanings, but I would NOT recommend anything beyond that."
