"What a scam? Beware guys, I have been with this company for 3 years paying $700 a month for my car, never had any accident all that time, a month ago someone was drunk, didn’t stop on the stop sign and hit my car, I filed a claim with them with all information for that driver since then I didn’t get back from them, I always call the guy that they assigned to handle my claim, but he never answers the phone and when he does, he tells me your claim will be the next one up, don’t worry, full month now and no progress at all.. if I can give them less than one star I’ll do."
