"Fortunately, I never actually had to use my insurance policy, so I can't speak to that. However, I called my agent to ask a few questions about upgrading my policy from liability coverage to full coverage, asking the agent to call me or email me regarding any price changes before I approved the change to my policy. They initially agreed to this, but I didn't hear back at all until my credit card denied my next insurance payment due to an almost $400 price increase that was not expected. I called to resolve this, but none of this was handled professionally at all. The person I talked to just argued with me about whether or not I had approved the change to my policy, which I hadn't, and tried to gaslight me about what was said on the phone call. I even asked them to pull recordings of the call to show what actually was and wasn't said, but for one reason or another, that was not done. My husband tried to call at a separate time, and they argued with him as well. The phone call I placed was only to ask questions, and I never wanted my policy updated without knowing what it was going to cost me. It has been a few months now, and the folks a Vukov Insurance have refused to correct this at all. Even if they were to actually take some accountability for this and get this resolved, I don't believe I will be doing business here ever again anyhow."
