"I am writing to file a formal complaint against one of your life insurance specialists, Michael R. Roberts, who engaged in highly unethical business practices and misrepresented the nature of the services provided by your company. On January 9th, In my pursuit for life insurance via phone I was directed to Mr. Roberts, who offered me a life insurance policy with your company. During our discussion, he attempted to coerce me into a $500,000 life insurance policy, despite my explicit indication that I needed time to consider my options and decide between a $300,000 or $500,000 policy. Mr. Roberts assured me that no charges would be made to my credit card and that he would only keep it on file as a formality until I made a final decision. To my shock, I received an email a few days later congratulating me on securing coverage for a $500,000 policy, which I had never agreed to. Upon contacting Mr. Roberts to address this discrepancy, he callously dismissed my concerns, suggesting that my credit card had been charged due to an alleged error with the expiration date. This claim is unfounded, as I reiterated to him that he had assured me no charges would be made until we had finalized the policy. Furthermore, Mr. Roberts exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior during our conversation, insinuating that I was insignificant among his purported 500 other clients and making baseless assumptions about my character & that why am I complaining you have a 5000,000 policy just go with it. His dismissive and confrontational attitude in response to my legitimate grievances was not only unbecoming of a representative of your company but also deeply offensive. It is clear that Mr. Roberts' actions constitute a serious breach of trust and professionalism. His attempt to manipulate me into an undesired $500,000 policy, coupled with his disrespectful and unapologetic response to the situation, reflects poorly on the integrity of your company and the services it provides. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. Roberts for his misconduct. Additionally, I expect a full refund of any charges made to my credit card without my explicit consent. Furthermore, I am formally terminating any further business dealings with AAA and will be seeking life insurance services from a more reputable and ethical provider. I trust that AAA will take this matter seriously and address it with the utmost urgency. The unethical behavior displayed by Mr. Roberts must not be tolerated within your organization, and I hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. "Always paid premiums on time but it took AAA Life Insurance over 3.5 months to pay-out a claim even after a many, many phone follow-up calls/emails from my end what could have easily been achieved in a matter of weeks. Terrible service during already difficult times, no-one cares and intentionally delaying payout which they admitted!!
