"This Wendy’s is excellent at finding new and creative ways to ruin your experience. They wouldn’t accept cash today. No sign, no warning, nothing. And in fact the 800 complaint number had something taped over the top of it lol. Probably the staff got caught stealing… again. This is a sad garbage shell of the Wendy’s it used to be."

"This place is a crapshoot. In the day when the very cool friendly guy is there it can be GREAT. Any other time seems to be a nightmare. I have been there three times for breakfast and they haven't gotten the order right once. Today I got two biscuits with just egg and some kind of hamburger bun with sausage. No sandwich was right...lol..."

"I love the daytime workers. There is always one guy that is hilarious. Never had an order messed up dayshift. However night shift is actually a disaster. I have consistently had my orders messed up by them. Tonight in particular I paid for 2 biggie bags. Guy at the window told me I still owed $2.75 cuz my debit card didnt pay for it all, which makes 0 sense if you've ever ran a register. It would have declined if I didn't have enough. He then gave me a frosty and I told him I didn't order it. Gave me the correct drink and I left. Realized later that I did actually pay the full amount and ended up paying for the people behind me too (2 small frosties I think), and the worker either didn't realize or didn't want to own up to his mistake. Never gave me a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. Not worth going back and complaining about $2.75 in cash but wow do they need to work on their common sense. Don't come here at night."

"I got my order at the drive thru---was checking it at the stoplight. It was wrong, so I went right back. Was very disappointed in the way they corrected my order. The gentleman asked for my receipt-- which the young lady never gave me. I told him he probly could check from my credit card. He pointed behind and said "Mam-- you see there's a line & I'm very busy. He then ask if he could get me a free fiies. I laughed and said "That's ok. I won't be back.....""
