"They have never gotten a food order right! Never! No kidding! Steak and Shake, when there burgers were Angus beef, were far better than Culvers greasy mess of a burger! On 2/13/24 I went thru drive thru & ordered 3 separate orders. The problem starts when ordering- never got it right. One of the 3 orders was 20.00 + alone! It was simple, 4 pieces of cod- FISH ONLY! They argued and told me I could only order 3 pieces. The double burger meal was cold, fries were cold,. I ordered it with no lettuce, but to add pickle onion tomatoe, mustard and ketup. One side of the bun was completely dry, but greasy and the onion was the size of a nickel. The 3rd order was a fish sandwich with coleslaw ( no drink) and it was apparently ok. But, no napkins in the 4 sacks, no fork, no tarter sauce ( I asked for some). The order was messed up. I Paid at window and never told how much or given a receipt. I pulled forward. Then, Staff came out to my vehicle and asked if I had more than one order. I said yes. Then he explained that they only collected for one of the three orders when I paid at the window so I handed him my card again to pay for the other two. Quit saying you want to do things better because it’s obvious NOTHING IS CHANGING! Be there! Work along side your workers! Be there! Give good service and take care of your customers. It only takes one or two times with poor service and food and then we quit coming! I quit! Never again! I will make my own burgers at home before spending another dime at Culver’s!"

"Raspberry Sundae was perfect and delicious... unfortunately, the fish sandwich was not like it's always been before. The fish was warm, but not hot and the crust and lettuce were soggy. Not a happy camper..."

"The walleye was to greasy and had no flavor but grease. The roll taste better then the fish. The fries were great and the mashed potatoes. I loved the lemon blackberry ice cream wonderful."

"Order was completely wrong , went inside to get it remade and Allison was very helpful. While this was being made another employee proceeded to be rude to the cooks and slam on the food receiver. Allison was so great and kept calm and reminded the other employee to chill out. Very unprofessional in front of customers.This other employee should not be there if they are going to treat the people he works with that way.Thank you Allison for your help!"

"I got the pepper grill burger, and it tasted dry, and there was not much flavor. The cheese curds were not as good as they used to be when I visited almost everyday during the 04-05 school year."
