Pizza Hut

"This place is disorderly and the manager is an irresponsible liar. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and 2 servings or wings. They did not have the ingredients for one of the pizzas I ordered, which is fine I just asked for a refund. He said yes, and that the refund was going “directly” to my account. I never got the refund, he contacted my cellphone via his PERSONAL CELL NUMBER (weird and a breach of customer privacy), saying that he won’t be able to issue my refund because my initial order was a combo deal. Excuse me, but why couldn’t I have known this from the start if he didn’t want to give me my refund? DO NOT GO HERE! THE MANAGER WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO HIS COWORKERS & HE IS A LIAR WHO ALSO CONTACTED ME ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE!"

"Took over an hour longer than quoted to deliver. Only received 2/3 of our order. Food was cold. Tried to call local store food came from and number went directly to a call center where the staff was rude and incredibly unhelpful. One of the worst ordering experiences I've ever had!"

"HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!! Messed up the entire order. We called back and she was yelling and screaming at us telling us she made the pizza herself so it’s the New Yorker. This is actually a large. Not a New Yorker at all. But to scream and yell at your customers?????? Horrible management and sounds like we are not the first people to have such a terrible experience with her."

"I was in town on business, so staying at a hotel. I did not click on the contact less delivery option because I always need a receipt for business purposes. I received an email saying they handed the Pizza to me. Which i found out was left outside my door. I called pizza hut because there was no receipt left with my order (needed receipt so my company would pay for my meal). I was told that if the driver didn't leave it there, there was nothing they could do. I complained about there answer so they hung up on me. I called back and this time the person told me he was the general manager. I told him I needed a receipt for work and he told me if I drove down there he would get it for me. I asked him to just take a picture of the receipt and email it to me. He refused and hung up on me too. I called back again and was told he was calling the police on me for tying up their phone lines from doing business. I informed him if this is the way they do business they weren't going to have any. That's when he hung up on me again. It's to bad they get a review like this just because of a $31.00 receipt they could have just emailed to me. Unbelievable poor service. I was always taught "oh, I'm sorry that happened what can I do to make it right?" Then to make it right."

"Zero customer service/greeting upon walking in. Guy working the counter just stared at me as I entered, told him I ordered online for pickup, then I tell him my name which he proceeds to laugh at. Other guy in the back just stared at me. Guy gets my order from the back and when I arrived home and opened it, the pizza was cold, seemed like it was made hours before, and the crust was sort of stale or like they used old/freezer burnt dough. The marinara sauce had an odd sweet taste that I could only describe as grape jelly. Disgusting taste. And the pizza wasn’t cut properly, so it tore as you’re trying to get a slice. I’ve eaten Pizza Hut my entire life, and this was the grossest, cold pizza I’ve ever ordered. It was for carry out, and I left my house a minute after ordering, and I live 15 min from the store. Somehow the pizza was cold when I got home, again only 15min from the store. Awful pizza and customer service."
