"Talked to Manager and closing associate 2 days prior. Warned them I was making a late order for 5 people on Thursday. Due to their, yes same 2 people with my last large late order, both agreed it was good to remind them. Came in tonight 8:30p.m. and no food. Closing young lady said she forgot and already processed my refund ( with no notice) and closed early then my order popped up. Young lady was talking and laughing with 2 young guys and told me she closed early and my order popped after she closed everything down. I told her to call her Mgr. She did first thing he asked was how much money my order was for, after 10+ minutes of listening to more excuses...I told her never mind I was calling Corporate and giving her a bad review"
