"Amazing view of lake Meade with easy to navigate trails and a parking lot offering 360 views of the surrounding mountains and the lake. We recommend parking here to take scenic photos of the lake. Then take a short hike to various points closer to water and take videos and pics the other way. This location is included in the 5-7 day pass for lake Mead national park ($25 per car 2024 rate)."

"Pictures do this place no justice! Keep going for another few miles and you can come right up to the water and swim. I suggest having swim shoes, it’s a rocky beach and there are many sharp rocks both on the beach and in the water. You can rent boats and kayaks further down too, but we wore ourselves out swimming. It was 117 degrees out and it was the perfect way to still enjoy the outdoors. You have to pay 25 dollars to enter the area, but the pass is good for 7 days."
