"I used to think Jimmy John's was the pinnacle of consistency, that you could venture far and wide without getting a bad sandwich or a mixed up order. If that were ever true, I think everyone started noticing favorites after 2020. I don't frequent this Jimmy John's because the intersections in front of the store are a mess. When I do, the staff are as friendly and responsive as you would expect, and I have never had a sandwich that failed to deliver on my JJ's expectations. Sometimes it's worth the drive, folks."
"Wow this place is awful!! I would reccomend no one to ever come here. We put a huge order in and have a scheduled delivery time and. I call the store and the worker says it'll get there when it gets there...so rude!"
"Made an online order for delivery at 10:15am. At 10:35am they called and said they were busy and it should arrive soon. At 10:39am it says out for delivery. At 11:30am we were confused why it wasn’t delivered yet. Looked outside and the food was there. No knock or doorbell was rung and the app didn’t show it was delivered. Our food was no longer cold and we recieved no coupon for the delivery delay."
"Freaky Fast is a JOKE! After waiting over an hour, I called to ask about the eta for delivery. I was told "we're down a driver...he should be there soon". After another 15 minutes, I called to cancel my order. What a joke! The gentleman answering the phone told me, "we will credit your card within 2-3 business days". He hung up and no apology. Let's see if I see the credit...Avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional and Freaky Hot Mess."
