"I don’t know what this location is doing but … Rahm aka glasses guy needs to be promoted to general manager or district manager , the service was impeccable and the generosity was absolutely crazy , Rahm is a public figure in the city of Coralville / coral ridge mall he needs to be recognized on the highest level !!! "The positive: The food was good (but some things were cold, see negative below). It has it's own style, the chicken strips & chicken nuggets are way different than normal fast food (the batter or something is different). I really did enjoy the chicken sandwich & my kids loved the chicken nuggets, my wife disliked the chicken strips but that likely was just the different style they're cooked. So if you haven't had it before, it is NOT like McDonalds, Burger King or other fast food joints. Though, I actually liked Chick-Fil-A better than those places. The negative: So most of the problems resolved around trying to use the app but I will say the overall store was packed at dinner time and those who ordered at the counter had a long wait so be warned. But if you, like me, wanted to use the app to avoid the lines I got some warnings for you. First, the app doesn't accurately plot your location (at least not on my Samsung phone) so it doesn't prep the order ahead of time. So I had to start the order manually once I got there, meaning any hope of avoiding the wait was lost. In hindsight I should have just force started the order by saying I was already there once I got close to the mail, I advice you do the same thing. The worse though was the app said "go to the pickup area and a staffer will call your name" and showed a picture of a hanging triangular "pick-up" sign. And the store had a clear pick-up area with appropriate matching triangular hanging sign and sure enough there was staff there calling peoples names so that's where I waited. But that was apparently only the pick-up for the order-at-the-counter. The online orders were at the other end of the counter and the signage was poor/non-existent indicating that was another pickup area. Worse still, the app never said "your food is waiting to be picked up". All it said was "please wait, your order is done & will be brought out shortly". Had it said, "your food is waiting" I would have asked, but it said to "please wait" so I did. I politely waited another 5+ minutes for "my food to be brought out". After still no food I finally asked & was then informed I was on the wrong pick-up area. So by the time I actually got my food it had been over 20 minutes & the fries were cold. I did politely express my frustration at the wait & I got a sincere "I'm sorry" from the staff member but no real understanding of the inconvenience or any offer to remedy the situation. Again, the woman was sympathetic which is why I gave 2 stars for service & not 1 star. But still it was a truly frustrating experience. Overall, while the food was good I'm not sure I'll return given how horrible my initial experience was. But at least if I do, I'll better understand how to use the app (and those who read this post can also be better informed if it's their first time using the app at that store)."

"I've always had good service and food here but it is in a mall, so the atmosphere can be a little hectic sometimes. It's also really hard to find a clean table when the mall is busy. They've recently changed the Kale Crunch Salad side to one large size and made it an upcharge. This is wasteful (amount of food wise, as well as money wise) and they tend to put too much dressing on the Kale Crunch Salad. I'm not sure why the dressing doesn't come on the side like the other toppings. These are obviously company wide issues and not specific to this location but it will definitely deter me from getting meals in the future. Pictured is a meal of an Original Sandwich with the Kale Crunch Salad and a Drink."
