Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"I really enjoyed my experience at this Freddys location. I have always been a huge fan of Freddy’s food and love the burgers here! When at this location I was greeted with nothing but smiles and felt so welcome! The cashier Zander did a great job telling me about the menu and mentioned different add ons that I could also order (the cheese curds are divine! I highly recommend!). I also got to chat with Dayton and Ariel who both did a great job explaining the menu and offering different food that I should try! Overall this place provided amazing customer service and did a great job ensuring my food was both delicious and well made. I highly recommend this location for anyone interested in a great place to eat!"

"Hubby and I love Freddie's. But as a classically trained musician with perfect pitch, I feel compelled to rant on the metal music blasted at us while we are trying to eat. It is simply dreadful, and any expert in food service will tell you not to play that kind of music in a family restaurant. It seems as though this Freddie's is being run by teenagers. To put things in perspective, how would you like me to blast you with Rachmaninoff's 3rd Piano Concerto, at concert pitch, while you are trying to eat or work?"

"I am usually not a complainer but i am very disappointed! They charge 2 dollars for cheese curds instead of fries which is fine but they could have AT LEAST filled it more then this. they repeated my order back to me when i said i said only cheese & fry sauce & then i get home to this. I also waited in the line for 20 minutes"

"If your looking for a cheap but delicious bite or just craving something sweet, Freddy's is the places. The food is great for the price. I go usually just for the ice cream. My favourite is the dirt n worms. And If I'm feeling more hungry than usual I'll get the bacon steak burger. Environment is chill, service great but it's a bit slow if you order food. I've never worked in a place like this before but I assume people in the drive through have priority. If you order ice cream, they'll have it ready right away. But still, it's definitely worth the wait. Love this place!"
