Burger King

"The large order of potato rounds wasn’t full. I ordered two items that should’ve cost five dollars but because I wanted a double I was charged $10… I asked the lady at the checkout window. It would’ve been cheaper if I had just added meat to one of the sandwiches and when I asked her why she didn’t recommend that she said you ordered what you ordered. I did order a single a double, but I would think that the customer service oriented thing to do would be to notify the customer of the better deal not only would it been cheaper to add me I could’ve literally gotten two doubles for only a dollar more but she didn’t tell me that until after I’ve already paid, and she looked super frustrated that I was slowing down her drive-through line, but simply trying to ask a question about how much I was charged and why it was Double what I should have paid for the meal… then I stared at her blank for a few seconds, thinking she might offer to fix the problem, but she didn’t. I thanked her for her time and left. I know it’s Burger King and she’s in a hurry because that’s what she’s trying to do but when I was in fast food if there was a better deal to ring up, we would do it that way and then let the customer know we did it that way, it was just the right thing to do"

"Went through the drive thru and ordered a few burgers, few large fries, and a shake. Shake didn't come with a straw, no napkins in the bag, fries were cold. Eh. What can you expect from post-COVID fast food. I guess this?"

"Absolute worst in Cedar Rapids ! Had problems twice in last 6 months & no response. Food & attitudes are absolutely horrible !! Asked for 4 fresh CB's,, & the smart @$$ kid replied,, -''it's always fresh'',, &,,, are you sure you don't want 6 ? I responded ,, ''no it's not'', & I just want 4,, unless yoiu got a deal on 6 of them. He responded laughing,, oh,, that's just a joke around here. Then when I got my food @ the DT,,the kid just staired @ me.. Then to top it off,, the ketchup ,cheeze'',, & mustard,, on ''all'' my burgers,,, was sour !!! Submitted a survey on 1/27/24, & still no response as of 2/7/24. Really pissed off about this,, & is total B.S. !! The BK on Blairs Ferry & 380,, is night & day different ''better'' usually. Will ''never'' order from the Edgewood Rd. store ever again,, & was real reluctant to order this time,, because of similar past bad experiances.. Obviously the higher ups don't give a $#it or care in anyway !! I"

"We had to wait for 50 minutes for our food and the counter staff still didn't get our order right. My nephew went inside rather than use the drive-through because the line at the drive-through was backed up. It appeared as if there was sufficient staff present, but they were having trouble getting our order and other customers' orders correct. Definitely NOT a fast food restaurant!"
