"I ordered a Greek salad to go. Got all the way home and noticed my salad was missing feta cheese and tomatoes entirely, and did not have the extra olives I requested. For a $13 salad, I would have expected it to not be missing ingredients. Very disappointed with my experience."

"Food was delicious at this location. Didn’t have any interaction with the staff, as order was placed through kiosk. At the same time I feel there were several opportunities where we could have at least been acknowledged. Only complaint really is bathrooms are dirty and the smell upon entering is very off putting. Dining room was neither gross nor clean. It looked like the dining room of a busy restaurant. I would eat here again"

"I love Paneras Rapid pick up service. It's always ready and on time when you order online and just park in the designated spot, then out in seconds flat. This time we sat in cafe for coffee, Disappointed that the pretty fireplace seems permanently out of order. It was cold in cafe and noisy. **Update: The fireplace is now working and such a nice addition to the atmosphere"

"Great place to pickup a quick sandwich and soup for lunch. They do also have good breakfast items as well. Easy to place an order and then use the quick pickup kisok to grab your food and go. In and out in a manner of seconds and they have 3 convenient parking spots reserved for pickup orders."

"It is so frustrating when you order food online and have it delivered to have it be the most pathetic dish you’ve ever seen. There is no resolve for a messed up order! I took a picture of my Mediterranean Chicken bowl because of how bad it is. I have 3 leaves in it and a couple pieces of chicken! It has never looked like this when I am there. If I had been at Panera, this would go back!!"
