"They were packed, and I brought in a group of 6. They were efficient and had our food out to us quickly. They also had someone monitoring the dining area, cleaning tables as soon as they were vacated, so they were ready for the next person."

"Chic-Fil-A has always been a very efficient and pleasant place to eat (dine-in and takeout both) but the location on Mills Civic Parkway takes the cake for being, hands down, the most efficient, pleasant, and delicious. The staff there for the last two years we have been visiting have always been wonderful to order from, always polite, and always eager. On top of that, whether it's 3 cars in the drive through or 50, you're in and out with your food, hot and fresh, within minutes. No other establishment can beat it. Oh, and the food is amazing."

"Chick-Fil-A always slaps. This restaurant was busy, not surprising, but they were quick with getting orders taken, giving people their food, and sending them on their way. I especially like how smooth the interaction is when handling money and getting the food handed off. Good job Chick-Fil-A employees!"

"The workers here need a raise, they are so sweet and respectful. Today I went at around 10:00 and asked if they could serve me lunch and the guy told me he could but it would take 10 minutes or so. I said awesome and pulled forward. Not even 10 minutes later he runs out and apologizes for the wait AND gave me a free brownie in my bag for having to wait! These people are so awesome."

"I was absolutely craving a chicken sandwich so Chick-fil-A made sense. I went to the location in Jordan Creek mall. Close to noon, a couple people in line ahead of me. Super quick friendly service. I got the deluxe version with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese. It hit the spot! Fresh and yummy. Waffle fries came with and they were fine. Could have used another minutes or two in the fryer. That's ok, I don't need all that food anyway. I ate about half and decided they weren't worth the extra calories. Total came to $8.75 which included a drink as well. Good experience!"
