"Our school's band used this service to book a trip to Disney World this spring. The trip never happened because Disney World closed due to the pandemic. This trip was scheduled for the first week of April 2020. It is now July 2020 and no money has been returned. The latest information, we had to dig to receive, is Travel by Barb is keeping 25% of the money we paid. No services were rendered! Our kids not only didn't get to go on this trip, they also are not getting all their hard earned money back. My advice is don't pre-pay for anything."
