"I would not use this company again. It was suggested by a friend so I left a phone message about my trip and they assigned Kristine to me. I feel like I drew the short straw. The customer service was terrible. She first sent me flights from Omaha to my destination when she knew I lived in Kansas City. She said she was going to check flights for me, then after 2 months lapse I checked with her and finally got a flight. When the flight changed, she didn't bother to check my seat assignment. Both were next to the restroom so I paid extra to get a different seat for the 7.5 hr. leg. I did the legwork. She booked my hotel for the first night of the tour and provided me with an address that wasn't even on Google Maps. Sloppy work. I do not recommend this business."

"Highly recommend planning vacations with Tabitha at Your Travel. First trip to Disney (Orlando) for us- with a child with a disability- so probably more questions and anxieties than one would typically have. Working with Tabitha was always pleasant, and even when a couple minor glitches came about (nothing Tabitha did or didn't do-just VERY minor things), she was right there to answer questions and guide things in the right direction!! Everything was perfectly planned out as to what we asked for from the second we left home to the second we came back, from transports to flights, park info, all other accommodations, and everything in between. Couldn't ask for a better first experience with a travel agent and major trip!"

"They have been my family’s go to for traveling since I was in elementary school for my first trip to Disney World and other trips. They became my go to when I started booking my first trip in college and still are! Tabitha is the best and I highly recommend her! The ladies there are all so nice and are willing to help out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. After Margaret left, my mom had switched and was not happy until I told her to come back and try Tabbi, and she is back!"
