"This chipotle sucks. Online orders are constantly smaller portioned and often incorrect. Pick up orders get stolen all the time and have to be remade. Why would you place your pick up shelf out of sight and by an exit. Place the shelf somewhere behind the counter and verify pickups. Save everyone time and money on lost product. Had to wait for them to remake my stolen order today and rather than give priority to the order, they made it after making 5 other orders. Ridiculous. This is a very poor quality franchise compared to others in the area."

"I used the app to place my order and was told it would be ready in 15 min. When I arrive the order was marked as complete and ready for pickup before I went into the store. I checked the shelves and no order was ready so I waited while they served 4-5 in store customers before asking if it was behind the counter. It hadn’t been made yet. Then because a line had formed I waited an additional 15 min for my order to actually be made. Then when I got home the toppings on the bowls we ordered were all mixed up and made incorrectly. I normally don’t complain but since I have had numerous poor experiences from this store, I finally decided to respond. It’s worth the extra couple miles to go to the Papillion location instead."

"Been here many times. Has always been fantastic. Unfortunately this time my daughter and I were unable to chew our steak. We were told "that is how it is, nobody else has complained". Super unfortunate. Will never be back."

"If I could give 0 starts I would, this location has been bad for a long time. It seems like the cashier I always seem to get is so high she can’t cash people out correctly. I recently got food poisoning the other day from this location and I was NOT OK. I don’t eat meat so clearly some cross contamination, wouldn’t surprise me that they’re not washing their hands. Management is a joke at this location, everytime my family eats here we’re sick it’s unfortunate that it’s the closest location to my house. They like to serve red lettuce and act like you’re doing the most by requesting fresh lettuce. This place has drastically gone down hill when Rodrigo left management."

"I went recent, employee was rude and acted like he didn’t understand me. Gave me very little portions for how expensive it was, when I asked him to put more rice he looked up and rolled his eyes at me? Just thought it was unnecessary and rude. Otherwise food was good and place was clean."
