"Be aware! Do not do business with James. We were called out to do equipment repair on James snow removal tractor. The people renting his tractor reached out to us on a Sunday afternoon in a panic needing their tractor fixed before the storm arrived. We cleared our schedule Monday morning to go help them get the tractor off the road and diagnose multiple problems that can’t be fixed on the side of the road. James received the invoice for our service since he’s the rental owner and is now avoiding a response and payment."
