"**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Dawn charged me for an account set up and then monthly book keeping services. She charged $1000 for the initial set up and did nothing on the list. I started with her in December 2022. I provided access to my business accounts and she did not access them to start the setup. She then charged me for monthly book keeping January, March, April, and May of 2023. I received no monthly service and I am confident she did not even look at my business numbers as she did not access my accounts. The only information she had was my own accounting on a spreadsheet. I also had her complete my taxes as well as my partners. We had to reach out several times about the status with very limited response from her. She ended up filing our taxes late so we had penalties. After this happened, I reached out to her to get information on what exactly had been done on my account to which she never responded. I asked for a refund as she provided none of the services she charged for. She never responded to that request either."
