She set my appointment for same day with her.she followed up with text and call when became available earlier than appointment. Wish all employee were as good as her."

"I had an appointment today at the Jackson Hewitt in Walmart and was greeted by tax prep Toy. When I first arrived and said I had an appointment at noon, she said she needed to take lunch at 1215, well we sat in her chair for 2 hours and she got nothing done. She then proceeded to tell me that her system went down. After waiting for another hour I went back in to see she had another client in the chair. Very unprofessional on her part."

"It seems like Jackson Hewitt takes too long to get your taxes back. I went to them a few years ago because they offered a refund anticipation loan. When I arrived (before even sitting down) I mentioned the loan program to tax preparer. I told her that's the main reason I went with them. When we were all done signing off , I never heard a word about applying for my anticipation loan or filled out paperwork for it. She said she would call or email me as soon as she heard anything from the bank. Nope. I had too keep playing phone tag. This tax year 2021 I can't even reach anybody. Not even a human. My tax refund is still not here after almost a month! My tax preparer also said their anticipation loan program expired the day before I went in. I'm doing my own taxes from now on. Jackson Hewitt is too slow..."
