"BEWARE!!!! Dena was my worst nightmare! It has been a year this month since I filled my 2017 income tax return through her. Apparently, she deposited my income tax return to someone else’s bank account. I have been dealing with it all by myself because she doesn’t run out of excuses. If you’re reading this, please do not step foot in her office. She does not deserve the money that you’re about to pay her. I can name ten of my friends that went to her.... OMG, she is a disaster."

"Dena is the MOST unprofessional human being I’ve ever come across in my WHOLE LIFE!!! Was told that we would get our refund back in 6 weeks,& have not, have made several attempts in calling her,does not answer her phone nor does she return my call .. I finally spoke with her,for only to be spoken down to as If i were 3 yrs old,yelled at me!! I will NEVER step foot in that place again!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!! I would have given A ZERO but it won’t allow me to, so I was forced to give 1 Star"

"Used Dena for the past four years for taxes and was mostly pleased with our experience. Then this year rolled around and I called to make our appointment and she told me not to worry about coming into the office, that she had all my info and just needed me to send our current paperwork and that she would do everything via email. So I sent her everything and she responded that she was working on it, 2 weeks later still hadn't heard a response. I emailed inquiring about our taxes twice, no response. I called and left messages, no calls back. I emailed twice more and still nothing. Ended up doing them myself and here we are over a month later and I still haven't heard a thing from her. STAY AWAY! You will be dissapointed."

"I cannot recommend anyone use the business for anything, especially tax preparation. Dena is unresponsive when she makes mistakes on your return. It has been almost a year since she did my taxes and when she made a mistake on it, it cost me a decrease to my refund. She refuses to answer the phone or emails. If I could give zero stars I would but it won't let me post without rating."
