"WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! These people are the absolute worst, they show no respect or empathy whatsoever. If you can’t handle the job look for something else manager are much worse instead of showing better service and wanting to help they will treat you 10X worse. They told me I was lied to over the phone by the IRS people who they have no contact with it’s like they’re a third party (according to them) even though those phone calls are supposed to be “recorded” it’s sad you were lied to there’s nothing we can do, you can’t contact anyone to make sure that doesn’t happen to them, those representatives who lied to you can go around lying to other people as well… that’s it and you need to continue to wait for the 60 day letter again for 4th time now. Bye. Parking was $10 for 1.30hrs I also told the representative over the phone the reason for my appointment request which was completely different since at the time I had no idea they had been lying to me, which at this appointment they told me they can’t help with that, have no control over that, so the people over the phone why did they even schedule me if it was pointless of me to go? They couldn’t “help me” with the main reason of my appointment request."

"11 February 2023 Went for a special No Appointment Needed Saturday event 9/4. ... excellent Got there around 8:30 & there weren't many people there at all which was quite surprising {some did leave they wanted help w/tax prep & got a paper to go to a diff local} I was 7th! They had a Rep out there early taking our names so those of us who had arrived early got seen more quickly. ... nice really nice! Security was fantastic & friendly Rep's were awesome & they quite a few Staff kept moving around & taking names of people arriving & helping wherever they could Clean, w/ plenty of seats & Ladies Room was clean My problem that I couldn't get resolved since July WAS resolved THANKS TO SCOTT. ... You're The Man!"

"Got a lot of help from receptionist and from representative, especially for a walk-8n. Right now they are staying open for an extra hour and a half for anyone with appts or walking for quick services such as transcripts. They have computer access and phone access if needed."
