Service was excellent! It is a joy to see and hear a person thoroughly enjoy what they are doing while serving others! Congratulations Council Bluffs Red Lobster!!!"

"It’s been awhile since I have been out to a red lobster. Having Diamond as our server was an added bonus. She was cheerful pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made very good deep sea lobsteritas. Awesome experience. You are lucky to have such a person on your team."

"The food was good. Service was pretty good. I placed a to-go order, and the hostess was helpful and kind. However, the music was playing way too loud, and while I waited for the food to come out (about 15-20 minutes), two different families who had been waiting since before I got there left. With another leaving as I got my food from being seated but never getting orders taken."

"Service was good the food was not we got shrimp scampi it was dry no butter sauce everything was cold on the plate even the salad was not good it had brown pieces of lettuce in it the biscuits was barely warm and have got smaller Red Lobster has really gone down we will not go back it was like throwing money away I sent my meal back they did make it fresh but that should not happen pictures reflect when one meal was sent back and re done the fish platter was made fresh but must have sat a bit was just warm ****new update 10/24/22 endless shrimp new flavors was good red shrimp,tastes like lobster grill fired, parmigiana crusted was good photos added didn’t care for the fried green beans , berry margarita was yummy , and the lobster linguine ♥️ update 3/23 lobster was good and shrimp trio was good service was so so"
