"Constantly find spoiled fruits and veggies on the shelves. Cracked eggs left on the shelves. Rude old lady in the liquor section snapped a comment at me. I asked her a question, the blonde looked dumbfounded and neither responded. I asked the question two more times before she finally gave me an answer and snapped No at me. Terrible store, never going back, and I don’t recommend anyone to use this location. I can’t emphasize enough how disrespected I was on this visit and why you employ that “woman” to work there. Over priced items everywhere, and they force you to self checkout, if you’re saving money on staff, let your customers save money too."
"One of the newest & biggest Hy-Vee stores. Parking was not hard to find though it took forever to find a can of simple chili beans -- there are three areas. I did careful shopping ahead although two items were marked down again for Perks! Prices all came out correctly with "pre-loaded" coupons, except for one that the cashier corrected for me. Fun fact: if you walk through the frozen food cases they light up inside. It's as close to Broadway as I'll get this year. Very helpful cashier. Clean, huge, well stocked store."
"Customer service is nonexistent at this Hy-vee. They have a limit on can and bottle redemption but don't follow it. The limit is $25 and two large bags. An employee watched as a customer rolled in two CARTS of cans and held the door open for them. I waited for 20 minutes to redeem glass bottles just to be told they were out of containers for the machine and that they could count them inside for me. When I went to customer service, they refused to redeem them. In the past I have been told that they don't carry certain specialty sodas and can't redeem them. I had to get a bottle of the soda to prove that it is carried in the store!"
"The store is great. It is clean, spacious, and fully assorted with all foods. My only complaint is that Hyvee continuously changes their recipes to be worse than before in cost cutting measures. The orange chicken and sesame chicken were both great, but now they pale in comparison to the old recipes. Other areas within the store have similar cost cutting measures as well."
"My food was not cooked all the way and the food was not very warm. I’m leaving a 5 star review because the manager who we talked to was extreme polite and handled the situation professionally and assured us that’s not now they do business. She gave us cards for free hibachi next time. We will check it out on our way back home."
