Toro Taxes

"I spoke to Greg Ramos today and he was so unprofessional with me and acting childish. How is he part of the corporate office when he is disrespectful and cutting off a person having issues with Toro Tax. We complained and Greg was suppose to handle that, I now don’t trust that he submit a report and will refund additional $300 back to my cousin bc I don’t have receipts of those actions taken. My cousin is owe his refund and still hasn’t arrived. Greg said it’s pending but he was very dismissing today and acted like a childish/disrespectful/dismissive. The way he handled it and represented Toro Tax is very disappointing. I urge people to not file with Toro tax, and if you do make sure you read line Line 35a matches the amount you’re refunded, have a check mailed to your house, don’t pick it up at their office, that’s how they end up charging you extra fees without disclosing to you. I’ve reviewed past tax documents where if they were receiving more that $800 they would have customer pick up the check in the office bc they could charge an additional $200+ fee without the customer knowing, but if your refund was less, say $400 they’ll mail it to your address. BECAREFUL!"

"By far the worst customer service ever!!! They tell you the same BS. “We’re going to call you back to inform you about your charge, never hear back form them. I have to waist my time calling every morning. Everyone there needs to take customer service classes. They don’t know how to talk to the customer. They simply don’t care!!!"

"They have the worst customer service each time you call the the so called "Corporate Office" they transfer you and then the person they transfer you to NEVER picks up. Left several messages and never receive a call back. I'm super shocked they're still in business with that quality of service."

"I filed with them once back in 2015, and never again.. they misspelled my name, took few months to receive my refunds, huuuge fees, they charged me $500! Never ever again... I’ve been filing my own since then!"

"Zero stars they messed up on my 2013 taxes. They sent it back three times, wrong address, copy of my signature, not original form and finally not enough stamps on the front of the mailing letter. Not only that but my 2014 tax return is under investigation. I guess anyone can work at toro tax. They do not know what they are doing. I did my 2012 no problem, and nice young lady helped me but then I did my 2013 and 2014 together with some other girl and big problem. Went to another more official office to fix the problem the front desk or Secretary she messed up another two times... I mean aren't you supposed to be trained for this whats going on?"
