"I hired Dallas Janssen to help with what should have been a fairly simple legal issue. I needed an attorney to communicate with 2 companies on my behalf. Mr, Janssen took my case (retainer paid) and seemed genuinely nice when we first met. We met twice, once for the consultation and once after the quit claim was executed. I believe he faxed one of the two letters that I had asked him to send, however he has not returned my weekly calls or emails asking for an update for 7 weeks now. His assistant told me a few times that they were meeting to discuss my case, but no further information was shared with me. The two stars are for quickly handling the quit claim. If you're looking for anything more than that I would suggest finding a different firm."
