"The bond cert used is a fill in template which is not printing out clearly. The State of Arizona had rejected my initial application as a "copy" for quality of print. I've requested an updated form with fill in spaces bolded but told they've "never had a problem before" and they were not sure had to go about such a simple request. I've reset all my printer quality options and resubmitted original after getting second round of notary signatures, in blue ink this time. Because of all of this, my notary will expire 10/31/2023."
"I ordered my product and received it within the time they said I would. It allowed me to move forward with my notary application. The only complaint I have is I needed to reset my password. I selected the reset password link several times, waiting the 10 minutes as instructed. I even went a few days before trying to reset the password, but no luck. However, when I contacted the company via E-mail, they were quick to respond and reset my password which got me on my way to access their website once again."
