"I just got my food, looked in the bag and i only got half of what i ordered! they even read it off to me what i had too and still gave me half of it!!! i don’t usually write reviews but this pissed me off. i even tried to call them to place a complaint and they won’t even pick up the phone. don’t go to this taco bell, go to the one on madison ave. also my burrito has a hole in it and scrunched everywhere. it’s disgusting man."

"Took 25 minutes in the dining room To get 2 tacos & 1 burrito supreme. Total distinction in the kitchen… employees screaming at each other & bickering going on. Entire dining room could bear all the conversation. I have been through the drive thru before with the same results. 15 minutes in line before I got to the menu just to order. TERRIBLE ON EVERY FRONT. Don’t know how they stay in business."

"DO NOT GO HERE. Have this place another chance after they screwed up so many times, but this place needs to be completely restaffed or shut down. The workers are so lazy it is pathetic. I paid for the grilled cheese seasoned beef nacho fries and literally got a few pieces of fries, a few pieces of steak, and a few pieces of jalapeño. This is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. The inside is disgusting and health inspectors should be called. Laziness and incompetence is the core problem."

"I was banned and bared today for no reason. Kinda felt racist the entire staff was white and made me feel extremely uncomfortable getting food. I see someone else was banned and bared that's crazy! I didn't do much but order like usual and was rushed. When I asked why my order was messed up and what was taking so long I was yelled at. I let them know I was gonna let the manager know and while I was talking a man the manager cut me off and told me I was banned and bared. Iowa gotta do better this is a shame. They need corporate here asap. I even seen somebody smoking weed out front."

"Just went through the drive through for a chicken chalupa combo. When I take a bite I get nothing but shell. Open my tacos and see a very small crumble of chicken and small dash of shredded cheese. That was it. Only one had sour cream. $10 for this? I had to scrape everything into one taco and it still didn't make a full taco. Last visit I didn't get half of my order. The lobby is always closed. So you have to wait in line for a half hour to get it corrected. Rude person taking orders. Location not worth going to anymore."
