"Today was our first time here. We did waivers in advance so check in went smoothly. We brought 6 kids, ranging from 7-15, 5 boys and 1 girl. All had a great time. There are many different activities for everyone to do. Park was busy on a Friday at 11am (spring break for some districts I think). Parents seem to be engaged and watching their own kids. Trampolines were clean. When they opened right at 11, the area was vacuumed but as kids plated lots the foam from different pits was all over the walk ways between trampolines and activities. All in all, I gave 5 stars because it was clean, check in and paying was smooth, and all kids had fun."
"We love going here with my young kids, but the foul language from the staff is just sad. Yelling the B word and F word at each other from across the park while little kids are jumping all around them is wrong. Not all the staff, just a few, but it's enough. We have a membership, but sometimes I wonder if I should find somewhere else.."
"Don't get a membership there because in order to cancel it, well....you can't. 10 non returned calls, 4 personal visits to cancel my membership that led to nowhere, managers who say they are "cancelling the membership immediately" for that to be a lie, and another manager telling me that "they probably looked at you like you were crazy because they have no idea how to cancel the membership". So 4 months later and charges I absolutely should not have been charged, I cancelled my bank card. : / Ridiculous."
"This location might not be the most well-maintained space but it is safe and management is doing the best they can with what they have. My kids all love it and enjoy our weekly visits."
"I’m not one to harsh on businesses, but this place is just really not great for kids older than 7. The trampolines are these really tight mats that have very little bounce, and actually hurt a little when you hit them. The rock climbing area has had half of the rocks removed, so you can only climb about 5 feet up, as opposed to the original 10 feet. The super trampoline (which was one of our main reasons for coming) has been taken out and replaced with the same uncomfortable mats that make up the rest of the place. The wipeout machine was also removed, and there is just a small room with a few trampolines that can’t really be used for anything in its place. The foam pit is disintegrating, so every time you jump into it, you choke on little pieces, not to mention it smells pretty bad. My brother was really hyped up to go here, but it was just a disappointment. He’s 13, and does some pretty extreme flips and tricks, and this place is clearly made for younger kids, but I would still recommend SkyZone or Urban Air for all ages. Hope this helps."
