"Super busy place , and I did not care for the Chipotle sauce...I'll try something different next time as I know they have good food."

"We've gone to Panera for years at this location specifically and it used to be our favorite. We would get both big and small orders and never had any notable issues, food was always good, service was great. I'm not sure what has changed but the last five times in a row that we have gone they have messed up our order, left out items, given the wrong item, or on our most recent visit (2/26/24) completely forgot a sandwich. I understand that accidents happen which is why we kept going anyways, but it's become a habit at this point. There appears to be no quality control, and little to no remorse for mishaps. I will say, on this incident the manager that assisted my husband was very kind and did correct it the third time but the initial people weren't very helpful or apologetic. Arguably Panera is not a cheap food option, they're higher end pricing as far as convenience foods or comparable options. However, we still aren't expecting perfection, we're just expecting to get what we pay for, especially considering the price and how expensive EVERYTHING is in this economy. Hopefully something changes for the better."

"I ordered online with their Rapid Pick-up option, When I arrived to pick-up my order was hot and ready to go. I forgot to order a drink with my meal, the stand alone kiosk was very helpful allowing me to order a last minute drink with my meal. Monica was very helpful explaining how the kiosk worked and had my order ticket and drink cup ready by the time I arrived at the fountain station."

"More vegan options would be nice... The cashier was kind of blah... It gets crowded. Not enough seating or room by the drink station... The food was decent during this visit."

"This was my first experience at Panara Bread in 6 years, they now offer a gluten free option, the Baja Bowl. The staff was friendly and acknowledged my problems with gluten. Even with their care, I think I may still gotten a little gluten. Over all though the staff was good!"
