"The sales person was very nice and professional. He put the terms in writing in an email. However, once it was installed, they started invoicing for more than the quoted price, added a lot of fees that was not disclosed, etc. I am now trying to get them to respond to my emails, and "radio silence". I am going to stop all payments on credit card and notify Better Business Bureau. BEWARE. FYI - this was voluntary install; not court ordered."
"Do NOT use Intoxalock! Had a friend use it and the equipment is really old and outdated and the company does not work with you at all on charges! They claim they are cheaper but they are NOT! Excessive reset fees even when it wasn't your fault! Horrible! DO NOT USE! Lots of other options in Omaha!"
