"Was ignored for over twenty min. I would not know how the food was as I walked out after being ignored. Green colored hair women and short blond heavy set manager ignored all of my efforts to get them to ignoladge my existence. Numerous customers in lobby as well waiting to be served all ignored as employees continued to run drive through and conversate between themselves. Recurring issue at this location"

"I asked for two #8 both Baja Blast and a nacho Bell Grande combo Baja Blast I get to the window and the drive-through cashier he handed me 2 Baja's and when he handed me the food I looked in the bag and I said I asked for two of the #8 combos I said I can pay for the other one if I can get it please I have three kids I just wanted to get home that's why I went through drive-thru I never have a problem with your establishment and he refused to charge me for another number 8 as which I ordered and said if I wanted it I had to drive back around and get in line again and reorder it that's never happened at your location before then he asked for the manager or supervisor they came to the window and said go back around and shut the window I'm sorry but that's not how you should treat a guest I'm not looking for Nothing free I was just asking for the rest of my order and I was still willing to pay for my order no matter what, On top of getting my food the hard shells Doritos tacos were soggy smashed.."

"I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and they only put one in the bottom of the bag with everything piled on top. Called to tell them and they won't answer the phone."

Spent $30 on food that looks like a toddler could have made better my chicken melts barely even had anything in them at all not to mention all the food was cold and the tortillas were definitely stale (pictures included) they forgot my cinnamon twists twice and the second time I just said screw it and left after waiting in line for a long time will definitely be speaking to the manager and getting my money back because this is just ridiculous."
