"Fun time AND above and beyond kindness/costumer service! A group of friends and I have been talking about doing an Ollie the Trolley tour for the last 3 years. We finally did the Bloody Mary tour this weekend, and it did not disappoint! I’m glad we decided to do it on a weekend, because we had way too much fun to have to go to work the following day! Additionally, they let us change our drink orders so we weren’t committed to Bloody Mary’s all day (just had to let them know). Game changer! This way we weren’t “wasting” our drink tickets at each stop. Most importantly, the costumer service from the owners (George and Deb) was above and beyond. A friend lost his phone and we contacted the emergency line, Deb, listed on the website. She text us right back and arranged a time for us to come down and take a look (even though George had looked the day of). I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating they were - it really showed us their honest and kind nature. I will be promoting/praising Ollie the Trolley - public tours, private tours, ANY tours for the sheer fact that we were treated with such kindness. AND… had a great time! Thanks again Deb & George!"
"I normally NEVER write reviews but this process has been nothing short of frustrating. We booked a holiday light tour. The bus broke down and the trip was cancelled right before we were set to go. We understand this happens, however, we were belittled for wanting a refund. They were saying things like "this is costing us so much money to fix" and "you are ruining our Christmas". We did not get the service we requested and want our money back is not a lot to ask for? Then they blocked our phone numbers from trying to reach them to get our refund back. I 10000% would not recommend this to anyone! The trolleys may be cute and fun, however, if anything goes wrong do not expect respect from the owners."
"A great fun evening. George was very pleasant and likeable. It was an excellent route chosen for Christmas light gazing. We wished Pork Chop had clean windows to look out of....."
"The haunted cemetery your might have been good except couldn't hear the type because of the booze cruise going on in the back that overwhelmed the entire tour and made it miserable. The tour guide didn't even try to keep them under control even after being asked by the different patrons to do something about them or turn up the PA system so we could hear them. If you want a nice history your of three haunted nature of Omaha, don't go on this type because you won't be able to hear it. Off you want a party bus atmosphere where you've paid money to do what you could do in a bar for less, have fun."
"My husband and I booked Ollie the Trolley to transport our wedding party and a few extra friends from our church to the reception venue for our June 2023 wedding. We had a great time on the trolley. It was so cute for pictures. The driver was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests for stops. My husband shared information about what we were wanting with multiple staff members the week or two leading up to the wedding. That is my only complaint--they didn't seem to share information among one another. We had about three separate calls. One with the owner, then another with a manager, and then eventually a call with the driver to share our preferences. When communicating with Ollie the Trolley before the wedding, we asked if there was a speaker on board or if we should plan to bring one. Music was important to us. We'd created a shared playlist with our wedding party. We were assured that the trolley had a speaker that we would be able to connect to. On wedding day, the driver at first told us we only had radio and didn't seem very sure about how to work the audio system. Luckily, my bridal party eventually figured how to get hooked up. The speakers weren't very high quality and ultimately, we didn't play much of our playlist. I would say if a party-bus-like atmosphere with quality music is important to you, the trolley might not be the best option. At the end of the day, the trolley look was the most important to us, so we were happy with that!"
