These are the kind of businesses that are completely decimating the food chain. Money is useless without food. Do not support this business. Shame on you Tahoe Beach Club. May it stain your business until it’s inevitable failure. You are trashy people."

"We just concluded our third stay at the Tahoe Beach Club and I can’t say enough positive things about their level of personalized service, 5-star facilities and the genuine warmth and caring of the whole staff - from the restaurant to housekeeping to the spa to member experience/outdoor excursion to the general management of the club and condos. They accommodated our every need including laundry service, in-room dining, and taking our kids skiing (their head of member experience Chris Eckert did this personally and our kids loved skiing with him!). Staying at the TBC is akin to staying at your very own, private Four Seasons. We can’t wait to go back for the summer!"

"BEWARE OF ALL FUTURE STAYS- DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a motel 6 experience. Very sad to say I will never be staying at this establishment again. New Management has no experience in five star service or hospitality. From the moment I booked my reservation of $3200 was cancelled the night before Thanksgiving causing my entire family to rent a cabin with over thousands of dollars in groceries ruined. I have stayed at this establishment before booking my reservation the night before last year and was able to stay. I expressed to Camden our thanksgiving would be ruined and our patient profile was already on file. She had no moral compassion and ignored our request to ,come on thanksgiving night. The very next day I was able to stay my three days. I ended up wanting to extend my stay by an additional two days to spend time with my family. Every single morning Camden would text me a 10:01 on the dot and demand payment by 10:20 because it interfered with the “maids” even though guest should be top priority. On our last day we decided to extend was our worst. Camden called my cell for me and my disabled grandmother who is 79 to leave a $1,000 condo at 8:30am for their own convinces. I’ve stayed at five star properties my entire life and I’ve never experienced such poor inexperienced treatment. Camden said the carpet cleaners had to come in, when we had no carpet in our condo. I knew this was wrong to be asked to leave at 8:30 in the morning for I have NEVER been asked by anyone for that time and consulted with my father. We spoke with a higher manager who said there was construction coming in, when Camden said the carpet cleaners and the property manager would not call the “construction workers” to come at a later time. Instead of making the guests who spent over 5,000 at our stay be comfortable we were treated so poorly as if we were on Camdens time and how she was unavailable taking “tests.” My entire family was berated with texts on being allowed to check out at 11am, then to power trip it turned into 10am with a $100 charge every 30 minutes. We felt so uncomfortable, with my grandmother barely being able to walk and Camden harassing us at our door at 10:10. We let Camden know that we left at 10:29, not at 10:30 and she decided to run my card after the 5 grand we spent. This establishment treats the elderly horribly, has no compassion for people who are disabled, and is a huge scam with their lies on who needs to come in because the maids entered our condo, not the construction or carpet cleaners. I will never be staying here again and I suggest anyone who wants to have a five star experience shouldn’t. . Please find management who knows what five star service is."

"I'm sure the establishment is very nice; however, if you're going to be playing loud music until late at night, then the least you could do is have a quality dj. Following Cotton Eye Joe with Get Low should be a crime."
