"The staff was very unprofessional. They were throwing dirty towels at eachother while the cashier was taking my card. This location must be very unsanitary. I found what looks like a piece of leaf or leafy green inside the middle of my blizzard. French fries were also cold."

"Wish I could give a 0 rating, this is probably the worst ran DQ I've ever known. They don't answer phone, lobby is always closed and doordash orders sit forever while drive thru is brimming with over 30 cars, some in street coming both directions and there seems to be 3 lines forming at DT which is causing a blockade in the entire parking lot that's shared with the next door plaza."
