This held to be very true and only feeds into her working a poor practice of chasing down money for a company that can't even properly bill it's clients and then hide behind the fact the law doesn't require her to send anything via certified mail. What bill collector sets up a payment plan but doesn't accept credit or debit cards for payment on the payment plan. Laws to be changed so that Christina's lack of integrity are held accountable instead of allowing this rude wretch to ruin credit scores for no reason.
