"Fees were taken out of my proceeds that I did not understand apparently when I signed a contract with him. But be careful and ask for clarification, because I ended up having to pay his legal assistant hourly rate on top of the 40% he took from my proceeds. To me, that should be part of the 40% he is already getting. I did not think that was right. After he got his money he was rude and did not respond very timely to my emails. My case drug out a lot longer than it should have and I felt he had too many things going on at once to focus on my case, like my case was always on the back burner. Just not a good experience and will not recommend in the future."
