I waited and waited on them to build my case was finally told 3 months before my statuette of limitations was up the put in an offer to the other lawyer and they countered that and I asked to file to go to court and one month and a couple days before my time was up they just up and dropped me as a client! So that just says they are afraid to actually put up a defense for their clients period!"

"Initial visit was good and I was provided professional answers. I had one follow up question that was a yes or no, and they said they would not tell me unless I paid an additional $325. I ended up calling three other law firms that answered my question in detail over the phone for no fee and they all said the answer was no to my question, which meant I would not need additional services at this time. I felt this law firm could have answered my question in one minute, but decided to try to grab more money from me knowing that if they answered no I would not need further services at this time. It seems shady and ultimately inconsistent with other service providers' offerings in the area. I really did like Jane's direct answers and clear directions in our consultation I paid for initially, but am off put by the fee structure when I already paid some money, planned on using them for a future service, but just needed a quick yes or no to a time sensitive question that impacted my life and the life of a child."
