"If i could give zero stars I would. The service I received was entirely unacceptable. I requested to know under the "flat fee" payment how much I would need for my entire case. I was assured most cases don't go past mediation so I was given a total of 7,000 with an additional 2500 fee if there was a common law claim. I expressed the importance of know the entire amount as i was needing to take a loan to pay for it. Everything during phase one seemed like they were just doing the bare minimum. Then we didn't settle and was told I would need to come up with an additional 6000 to cover the 2nd and 3rd phases, but most people settle before court and if we didn't go to court then I would get some of that cost back. During phase 2 I was told they would be contacting my witnesses and they didn't all they way up until the week of court and they didn't contact all of them. I was asked to do a lot of my own leg work and was then not given back any fees when we settled before court. Recieved an invoice for "time" they spent on the case but a lot of the stuff was over calculated. My case went my way because of the work I put in during my separation not because they did much for me. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I hired Gary who passed me off to Hannah, then was passed off again to Abby who made appointments, who canceled and moved them to accommodate them even when I had taken time off work for the scheduled appointments. Not getting links for zoom meetings until the meeting was supposed to start or after. I could go on and on! I regret giving money to someone to put in the minimal effort and added more stress for me in the process. If you think it sounds too good to be true it's because it is! My custody hearing cost over 13k and I wasn't even married! A ridiculous joke!"
