"We had front end damage to our vehicle from a large piece of a semi tire late on a Friday night. We were able to get to a motel and survey the damage. We contacted our insurance company but no collision centers were open on Saturday. We found this tire center in Williamsburg and contacted them. The gentleman said they were short handed but he would send someone to our motel to look at the vehicle. They strapped up some wires and a piece of the front end that was hanging so we could drive to their shop. Once there, they got us right in and quickly got it so we could get back on the road. This was exceptional service from the shop manager and the employee who worked on our vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank them again for all they did for us!!"
