No one likes waiting in line, but this isn't a convenience store. You're asking multiple questions and they know or they are looking up the answers. "I was driving I-80 with a chair in my truck that wasn't strapped properly. I stopped here to buy a pair of straps. I told the guys I had no idea how to use the straps and asked for their help. They took the straps out of the package and got them started, then came out to my truck and securely strapped in my chair. I then safey drove an hour home. I will highly recommend this Auto Zone for their service and assistance."
