"Husband and I took his car to Docs auto and was very unprofessional. Had to ask for a contract the day we dropped off the car, and our first big red flag was that he didn't currently have an intake form or contract for service. He quickly wrote one out for me and emailed it to me. It was very vague and has failed to honor it. Over the time he had the car there was several red flags. I should pushed to see his credentials or anything because I didn't trust him in the beginning. Claimed he had a shop when he was working out of a garage. Would constantly lie about the work he was doing and the experience he had. Used his roommates works tools and got fired from his work for dropping a car off a lift. I would never trust this company to even fill the air in my tires."

"Ryan was great and super helpful! Returned my missed call and came to my dorm to change my battery on a Sunday afternoon. Came to check everything out, removed the battery, went to the store to get a new one, then came back and replaced. Whole process took about an hour. Super reasonable prices as well. Thank you!!"

"Brought my wife's vehicle to him as it had a miss in it after Ryan diagnosing it told me it was the intake gasket and the throttle body when he made the repair he shorted out my starter and tried to tell me it it just happens wanted me to pay for a new starter and have him put it in. After doing that the vehicle still didn't start and the problem he was to fix was still their. I have since requested a refund for the work he did has it did not fix the problem and no response. I would highly recommend going somewhere else as he does not seem to know what he says he does or should."

Quality workmanship and above and beyond knowledge of diagnosing all issues with her car. Explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to plan for and what was going to be fixed. Definitely a lifetime customer. Highly recommend!"
