"This was the only place who had availability for an oil change, and now I understand why. I came in for a simple oil change, I was told they would be out in a minute. I could see four workers chatting, seemingly not working, and had to wait 15 minutes until one of them finally came out. They were completely rude and acted like me being there was an inconvenience to them. I proceeded to wait for nearly two hours while they did the oil change. I went to pay, and they charged me $40 for a tire rotation and multipoint inspection, neither of which I requested or was told they would be doing. When I stated this, they insisted I pay the price for the service and were so disrespectful. I have never had such a horrible experience at a car service place, let alone for what should have been a simple oil change."
