No response the first time, and the second time when I called, the person did not know the rate, took down my information for a service advisor to call me, and no one ever called me back. Service has definitely gone downhill once our warranty expired."

What impressed me the most, this is the first ever dealership that I received a video of my multi-point vehicle inspection detail. This was super easy to share with my fiance who was at work. "Wife and I went in looking to get a rav 4 used 2018 we found one we were interested in. Turns out they were asking more than our bank was willing to give. Not a big deal we accepted that and told our sales person over text that we were okay with that and decided to move on to other options. He then proceeds to text my wife and tell her she's making a mistake in not leasing with them. We found a cheaper car at another dealership and went on with them. I had no problem not getting the one we originally wanted but I don't think it's very professional to tell someone they're making a bad decision when deciding to move on from them. Would not recommend."
