When it was DC muffler, I used them for many years and when that came to an end, it was a bummer for the town. When Brian moved his business to town I was happy that I wouldn’t have to go to Des Moines anymore. The four times that I’ve used them I’ve been pleased each time. They were straightforward very competitive and super flexible to work with. I love walking into a business and being able to talk to the owner. That means a lot to me."

"There were few minor hiccups but so far it has been resolved and with good experience. I sense honesty with their own limitations (they don't have correct tools to fix certain parts of Mini Cooper). I sense their willingness to learn how to expand their abilities (that they can work on mini cooper to a point) and adding new services (such as dealer of particular tire). They are quick to refer you to Grimes headquarter or other local services for those they cannot do. We have experienced enough to want to do all we can do HERE first before taking it elsewhere."
