"I order for delivery- they have no delivery driver. The service at this one has been progressively getting worse. Last delivery driver wouldn’t come to my room- had to go meet them at the entrance. What’s up Dominoes? Also the bread twists are never baked correctly anymore from here. They never are left to rise and always small and greasy. The rest of the food is ok but they never have enough pop."
"The twists typically are golden brown and fluffy with a nice crispy outside coating and soft fluffy center. I'm unsure if the oven calibration may have been off or if a hiccup happened. The garlic twist we ordered today, using our reward points, was almost grey in color, and the texture was gummy/under cooked. When we called to ask for assistance in having a new order of twist created if we returned the current under cooked and gummy twist, we were told that they were already run through the oven fully, but they can run it through again. They also made a point to add that this would be done just this one time. We decided to decline since we had expected the twist to be golden brown and fully cooked the first time around like it had been for our previous orders. They then offered to make a new batch instead, stating it wouldn't be a problem to do, but we declined. We don't want to be left with another batch like the one they gave and then be stuck with it, with no additional help available; since they made a point to state that over the phone. Hopefully the oven calibration will be fixed soon so that the twist that go through will continue to have that delicious golden brown texture."
"Ordered over the internet (difficult for me to negotiate) and it was indicated it would be 46-51 minutes before it would be done. I arrived at the store approx 45 minutes after pizza was ordered, and when I arrived, the pizza hadn't been started. The cashier was very helpful and went to find the person responsible for preparing the pizza. That cook came out and argued with the cashier that the order was on the bottom of the list (from what I could tell there were 2 orders). After that conversation, the cook looked at me and told me it would be 8 minutes. ??"
"I don't typically leave reviews and even in the past when orders have been hit or miss has never causes me to leave a review but tonight although the guy who called me was assuring me it's all good, my experience was less than that. I ordered a medium pizza and cheesy bread at 11:30 through the app (which admittedly is half an hour before close) it had no problem letting me place the order. At 11:40 and 11:42 I received phone calls which I missed because I was driving to go pick up the pizza, I noticed I got the calls when I was pulling into the parking lot so I called them back and they informed me that they were so backed up that they had to quit taking orders and no worries I would get refunded within a day. I understood that maybe they were backed up and I could see where if I was ordering delivery that would be a tough thing to do, but I wasn't. I was picking it up and how much extra work is a pepperoni pizza? Too much work to throw one more in the oven before you close up 20 minutes early? I was there to pick it up already anyway, toss a few pepperonis on the dough that is already proofed and ready to go, and put it on the oven belt. So I said, what if we take off the cheesy bread to make it even easier on you guys, I just want the pizza, would that be doable? He said no they already had turned the oven off around the time they called me(11:40). I've worked in food service my whole life and am a reasonably intelligent person I'd like to think, but not smart enough apparently to wrap my mind around how they could be so backed up on orders that they were resorting to calling customers who had already placed and/or paid for orders to inform them they have canceled their orders due to simply being "too overwhelmed with orders" and "have their oven turned off" 20 minutes before close... 10 minutes after I placed my order... Feels more like they decided to go home early but couldn't get the website to corroborate their lie. I guess I'm just unlucky to live next to the lazy, undisciplined Domino's location - if I had ordered from a different location I would have had a different experience and that's why they get as few ⭐s as I can award them."
"Food was overcooked to the point of being dry, ingredients tasted as though they were old. Deliver was on schedule, but food arrived cold. Called to complain and GM attempted to argue, offered a refund, then hung up on my wife and I. Having been a manager at Domino's in the past, I expected better quality. Talk about being a brand killer and not even being able to blame it on a rush."
